Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. The details you give us must be accurate, and you must be entitled to use the payment method you choose.

We may cancel an order if the details given are false, if the payment is not authorised, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

Products, prices, and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars. Every piece is subject to availability, and until your payment is confirmed an item can still sell out.

We photograph our garments as accurately as we can, but screens show colour differently and natural fibres vary slightly between pieces. Measurements and materials are given in good faith.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you first, and you will never be charged more than the price you agreed to.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm your payment, and the confirmation email we send is your receipt. Keep your order number, it is the fastest way for us to find you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and charged at checkout in US dollars. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.

If your payment fails, the order is not accepted. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee on non-dollar cards, which we do not control and cannot refund.

Shipping and delivery

• Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
• Standard worldwide delivery reaches 90+ countries in 3 to 14 days, tracked end to end.
• Shipping is C$5 flat worldwide and free on orders over C$200.
• Please check your delivery address carefully. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier it cannot be redirected by us.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
• Delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or severe weather are outside our control, though we will always help chase a parcel down.

Duties and taxes

Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, or import duties. Depending on your country, customs may charge these when the parcel arrives, and they are your responsibility. We cannot predict or refund them.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags attached for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have received and checked the return; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Exchanges ship free, because getting the size right should never cost you.

To start a return or exchange, email us your order number and what you would like to do.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. We cover the cost of returning it and will replace it or refund you in full, including the original shipping charge.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched by emailing us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, the returns process above applies.

Intellectual property

Our name, logo, photography, designs, and written copy belong to us. You are welcome to share and link to our pages, but you may not reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you are entitled to by law.

Beyond that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our business is established, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that country. We would always rather sort it out directly first, so please email us before taking any formal step.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store grows. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date above always reflects the latest edition.
