Delivery
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping is C$5 flat worldwide and complimentary on orders over C$200. Standard delivery reaches 90+ countries in 3–14 days, and every parcel is tracked end to end — you'll receive a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached for a full refund. Exchanges ship free — we cover the return label, because getting the size right shouldn't cost you. To start a return or exchange, reply to your order confirmation with your order number.
Size Guide
Measurements are body measurements, in inches. Our knitwear and shirting are cut relaxed, so take your usual size for an easy fit. If you sit between two sizes, size up — and if you'd rather be certain, ask an advisor before you order.

FAQ
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard worldwide delivery then takes 3–14 days, with a tracking link emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is C$5 flat, wherever you are, and complimentary on every order over C$200. There are no handling fees at checkout.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery for anything unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Returns are refunded in full, and exchanges ship free — we cover the return label.
How do I find my size?
Start with the size guide above. If you are between sizes, or you are buying a piece with a looser cut, size up. An advisor can talk you through the fit of any specific garment.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is processed by Stripe, so your card details go straight to our payment provider and are never stored on our side.
Will a sold-out size come back?
Core pieces are restocked regularly. Write to us with the item and size you are after and we will tell you when it lands back in stock.
